and the verdict is that you're crazy and will spend the rest of your life drawing earthworms.

If I ever questioned being ready for adulthood, today would have been my answer. no. Plain and simply no because what I would much rather do is climb back into my mother's arms at 9lbs 3oz and never grow up.

It's been a trying week. I had my purse taken from where I was eating on Monday. I lost the following things:
my drivers license
my passport
my digital camera
$30
my checkbook (!!!)

First, I called the bank and within on life withering hour I had a new account set up.
The next order of buisiness was to call the 3 big credit bureaus and have them place a fraud alert onto my information so that no accounts could be opened in my name. Then came mailing off forms for cancellation of my passport.

I did all of these things while managing at work.

Tuesday I got up early to drive to my mothers house for my birth certificate (because as far as legal documentation went, I didn't exist at that point) in oder to be able to get a new license.

She didn't have it. She said I should use my passport. I fessed up that it had been in my bag. She blew a fuse. I left with my tail between my legs and went to class.

TODAY I woke up at eight after closing java monkey at 12:30am. I realized tat I did have one other legal ID issued by the government; My servers permit. I drove to java monkey (20min) I then drove to the office of viral documents in bum f&*% egypt (45min) ad went into the office clutching the only things I had as proof of my identity:
My servers permit
my high school diploma
a pay stub
my car insurance

The look on the woman a the desks face was one of "it's her first time alright" and since my tail had yet to come untucked from between my legs I just whined at her for a moment before being directed to window one. I filled out the forms
I waited.
I waited.
I got called an hour later!!...only for the to realize that they printed the wrong one.
I waited
I waited
I waited
and a total of two hours later I left with a birth certificate and some spit from a baby that gummed me in the waiting room.

THEN I had to got to the DMV.
can I get a death knell.

Blah blah blah the DMV took an hour of my life but I was done, drove to the bank and withdrew all the money I had borrowed in order to get that far and drove around paying t back(1 hour).

When I got home I called my credit card to take care of some APR mojo that I didn't agree with only to be (drumroll)
transfered
to the
fraud
department
because somebody had the credit card (that I swore wasn't in my purse) and had been using it. $400 dollars of it.
If i hadn't felt like crying up until then, I sure did at that point.
Luckily all it took was another

Luckily it all got sorted out.
and the end result is...
here's my juried lalala thing.

ad idea.

So, for my adverts he idea is appealing to the every day person.. Everyday chores and music.
I have this one where the laundry is music and  another where ella is walking a dog and the sidewalk is made of her headphone cord.

it's rough, but i like it.

new ideas in stationary.

I want to draw a different character for the back of the stationary, but for now it's subbing as both images.

envelope slip cover.

This is all I can post at the moment because I am feeling a little like throwing myself through my window because my computer has something wrong with it and is being SO. S.L.O.....w That I want to do horrible and destructive things to it.

The Illustration is shown in two parts because that is the front and back of the slip cover inside of the envelope. This slip cover will be printed on translucent paper.

The envelope is to remain fairly plain, and I am currently working on another illustration for the back side.

The blue line continues on the front/back of every part and is going to be worked in as Ella's Headphone cord once I have the image finished.

I am now going to drink heavily and try and ignore that my dog will not. stop barking.

Cheers.
